APPLE
WITH MACARONI PUDDING RECIPE
This recipe
will teach you how to make Apple with Macaroni Pudding. It
is a quick and easy recipe to make. This is a wonderful tasting
pudding combining macaroni, butter, brown sugar, apple puree
and apple slices. My family really enjoy this pudding with
a scoop of ice cream but I prefer whipped cream with it, but
either way is really good. A lot of people have macaroni with
cheese or beef but I like making it as a pudding.
Apple
with Macaroni Pudding Ingredients
2 oz butter
apple slices
4 oz macaroni
3 oz brown sugar
1 1/4 cups apple puree
Apple
with Macaroni Pudding Method
First thing to do is cook the
macaroni as directed for 15 minutes then drain. In a saucepan
melt half the butter then add macaroni and half the sugar
and toss well until sugar has dissolved. Put half the mixture
into a greased ovenproof dish and add half the apple puree
then cover with remaining macaroni and finally apple puree.
Sprinkle top with the rest of the brown sugar and top with
apple slices. Dot with remaining butter and bake the Apple
with Macaroni Pudding in 375 degrees oven for 10 minutes to
heat apple and caramelise the sugar. Serve hot with whipped
cream.
