AND APRICOT PORRIDGE RECIPE

12 chopped dried apricots
2/3 cup apple juice
3 Tbs natural yoghurt
2/3 cup rolled oats
1 tsp sugar
2/3 cup water

And Apricot Porridge Method
In a microwave
safe dish place the rolled oats, apple juice and water. Then
cover the bowl and microwave for 2 1/2 minutes on high, stir
and microwave for another 1 1/2 minutes. Serve the porridge
into 2 serving bowls and then put yoghurt, sugar and apricots
on top. If you like more milk you can add extra to the Apple
and Apricot Porridge.
