ANZAC
BISCUITS RECIPE
Anzac Biscuits now these have
been a favourite in our family for years. My dear old grandmother
use to even make Anzac Biscuits and the recipe was passed
down through the generations. When we go to our daughters
place there is always Anzac Biscuits and a cup of tea made
for us and its nice to have our grand children around munching
on the Anzac Biscuits to.
Anzac
Biscuits Ingredients
1/2 cup sugar
2 Tbs golden syrup
1 cup coconut
2 Tbs boiling water
1 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup margarine
1 tsp baking soda
1 cup plain flour
Anzac
Biscuits Method
Put all
the ingredients in a saucepan and heat the ingredients until
melted. Using a dessertspoon add the biscuit mixture onto
the baking tray and cook the Anzac Biscuits in a moderate
oven for 15 to 20 minutes. After they are cooked lift onto
a wire rack and cool.
Enjoy your freshly made Anzac
