APPLE
AND CELERY SALAD RECIPE
Most people when you say salad
just thinks of a toss salad but there are many different salads
and the Apple and Celery Salad is one that is different. This
Apple and Celery Salad is great to have at a barbie on a hot
summers night it is a lovely cool salad.The dressing for the
Apple and Celery Salad has a wonderful taste to it that will
keep bringing you back for more.
Apple
And Celery Salad Ingredients
2 Tbs condenced milk
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp mustard
pinch cayenne pepper
3 dsp vinegar
3 Tbs cream
2 eating apples
1 small head of lettuce
2 cups celery
1 hard boiled egg, yolk only

And Celery Salad Method
Mix together the salt, sugar,
condensed milk, mustard and cayenne. Gradually add first the
vinegar and then the cream blending well together. Take the
apples and peel and dice them. Now take some celery and wash
and chop enough to make 2 cups. Mix the apple and celery with
the dressing. In a large bowl place some lettuce leaves and
place the apple and celery on the lettuce leaves and sprinkle
the top with sieved egg yolk. Take some celery and make some
celery curls and use these curls to decorate the top of the
Apple and Celery Salad.
